It’s been a while since I’ve written to the ‘ol RideLog. My first ride of the year was exceedingly cold and wet. Temps were probably around 40ยบ, though I was surprised how cold it felt in the driving rain. My gear is still holding up fairly well - bike gear can last and last if it’s only worn on the bike.
I got a bit chilled while sitting on MAX in the damp. I took a too-long hot shower at work, cranked up to magma heat and it still didn’t warm me up entirely. Time to head back out there for the ride home…
